“Spatially resolved proteomic, genomic, and metabolic profiles of human biopsies offer deeper understanding into disease pathology”
Bluewave Bio empowers biomedical research by promoting spatial multi-omics technology
Why spatial analysis?
Spatial analytic studies look at which cells are present, where they are located in the tissue, what their biomarker co-expression patterns are, and how they organize and interact to influence the tissue microenvironment. While conventional single-cell analysis techniques, such as flow cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing, allow access to understanding the diversity of cell types in the tissue specimen, they do not uncover spatial information of the cells and their interactions across the tissue landscape that are critical in driving disease progression and response to therapy.
Bluewave Bio's Approach
Developed by experts in multiplexed imaging, Bluewave Bio’s digital pathology platform focuses on revealing spatial relationships of the cells and their interactions across the whole tissue section at single-cell resolution, adding new dimensions to conventional biomolecular datasets used in drug development and biomarker discovery.
